The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Israel’s Ministry of National Infrastructure, Energy and Water Resources, the Israel Innovation Authority, and the BIRD Foundation have established “BIRD Energy,” a program to provide grants to U.S. and Israeli companies to conduct joint research on new renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies.
