The MIDC organized a “Business Survival Strategies: Surviving the Coronavirus Shutdown,” webinar for Israeli entrepreneurs with a panel of experts offering strategies and techniques to survive the shutdown.
Barry Bogage, MIDC Executive Director, moderated the panel with presentations by Tamar Krongrad, Corporate Partner and Head of the Cross Border Commercial Practice at Tadmor Levy & Co., a premier Israeli law firm, and Mark Rapson, CPA, Director, KatzAbosch and Chair of the firm’s Health & Life Sciences Groups, a Baltimore accounting firm.
Tamar spoke about legal pitfalls to watch out for during the Coronavirus crisis including, business continuity, governance and succession planning and employee relations issues, while Mark spoke about liquidity, projecting cash needs, managing cash flow, negotiating with vendors and utilizing government stimulus programs including loans and grants and loans.
